Where are we located.
Our shop and school are located at the Safety Bay Yacht Club, on the corner of Safety Bay Road & Arcadia Drive, Safety Bay, Western Australia 6169. This is the only building in between you and the road, and on the edge of the world famous Safety Bay!

What are our opening hours?
Seasonal Hours (Approximate)
Shoulder - Sep/Oct & Mar/Apr: Tuesday to Saturday 10am-4pm
Peak Season - November to February: 7 days, 9am - 5pm
Winter - May to August: Closed or by appointment only

How much are lessons?
A single kitesurfing lesson is $175 for a two hour, one on one lesson with all equipment provided, or $270 for a two and a half hour, two on one lesson with all equipment provided.
We also offer our Three Lesson Package, which allows you to purchase 3 x single person, 2 hour lessons for $475.

Can you order out of stock items?
Yes. If we don't have something in stock or available that you would like, send us an email and we will endeavour to get you the item as quickly as possible.

How long until you receive your order?
Online orders are processed within 24 hours, or on our next business day. If this is not possible for any reason, one of our friendly staff will contact you. Generally, orders in the Perth area are received within 1-3 business days. Australia wide is about a week. We post smaller items with Australia Post, and larger items are sent via a various selection of couriers.

How much is shipping?
Australia wide shipping is only $10. Orders over $50 are completely shipping free. No catch. Second hand or traded in items do attract a shipping charge that depends on the item size and weight. You can view our shipping policy here.

Can you pay for faster shipping?
Yes. At the checkout of our online store, simply chose express shipping. If you're ordering something over the phone, simply ask us the costs involved in shipping your purchase via express shipping.

What is the process for warranty claims?
Bring the faulty product and your receipt to us and we'll process the claim for you. Click here for more info about warranties.
