WORK & KITE
Ride Australia's premier flat water kite spot.
Work in one of the safest and easiest teaching locations in Australia.

If you are a kiter, you've probably heard of Safety Bay, Western Australia, or as the locals call it, "The Pond".
-
Flatwater riding in a consistent 18-22knot sea breeze is the norm here. Our home spot is a regular summer training location for a number of the world kiting elite, such as Youri Zoon, Alex Pastor, Karolina Winkowska, Aaron Hadlow, Ewan Jaspen, and loads more! With a list that large and distinguished, it must be good!
-
But there's more to Safety Bay than just flat water.
Just 15 minutes drive from our school is one of the best and uncrowded wave downwinders in Perth. Choose the easy 11.5km downwinder in ever changing beach breaks, or the longer 22km option, featuring a dash across the sound and finishing back at our school's front door.
-
Add to that our beach front school location, amazing limestone islands to explore, and the Perth Wake Park just a 20 minute drive inland, and you have without a doubt the most epic playground imaginable!
