Terms and Conditions: Email Subscriber Voucher Giveaway

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals who are located in Australia.
• Only new subscribers to WA SURF’s email database during the promotional period are eligible to enter.

Entry:

• Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
• To enter, participants must subscribe to WA SURF’s email database during the promotional period.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

Selection of Winners:

• One winner will be selected at random from the pool of new email subscribers every two months.
• The winner will be chosen within the first week of the month following the end of the two-month period, on the weeks commencing: 5 August 2024 (June & July sign ups), 1 October 2024 (August & September sign ups), 2 December 2024 (October & November sign ups)
• The winner will be notified via email using the email address provided during the subscription process.

Prize:

• The prize is a $100 voucher to be used at WA SURF and can be used online or instore.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

General:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to receive email notifications from WA SURF.
• WA SURF reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
• Any personal data relating to participants will be handled in accordance with WA SURF's policies and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
