When you enter information into our site (contact us, sign-up, or purchase a product), the info is stored on our host's secure servers. We receive email notification about your order/request, but your payment (credit card) information is NEVER transmitted via an insecure method, or via email.
* We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information, unless required by law.
* Our site uses cookies to enhance your experience with us - saves you from having to enter your information on our site twice, but is not used for any other purpose.
* Your information is always held in a secure environment, using 128bit SSL security provided by Paymate. When making your payment, you can see the small padlock icon in many browsers that indicates you are in a secure environment.
* We don't even care if you HAVE a penis; we don't wish to enlarge it in any way, nor pass your details to Dr Clement Okon in Nigeria for your share in $21,000,000.
About our mailing lists:
We send out a newsletter occasionally to announce new products, special offers, events, kitesurfing and windsurfing news, etc. It's a great way to get discounts, find out about new products and events. You can easily subscribe and unsubscribe from all our newsletters from your personal profile; and each newsletter will also contain an opt-out link. They say power is knowledge, so why would you want to click that and make us cry?
General store news: This is our default mailing list and contains special offers, and keeps you informed of what's happening at WA Surf. We only send it quarterly, so you won't get bombarded with email...promise.
TIP (because we like you): If you are concerned about entering your email address, you could always enter a secondary, or free (Gmail, Hotmail, etc), email address when receiving newsletters online. That way, you can still get all the information you need, without having to worry about posting your primary email account all over the web. Isn't that a good option?
