Instructor and Improvement Courses 2009-2010
Back by popular demand, we have updated our Instructor and Improvement Courses for 2009-2010.
Want to learn some great new skills and get qualified to teach your favourite watersport? Join us in beautiful Western Australia this summer for some conditions that will blow you away.
WA SURF is a Yachting Australia Training Centre, an International Kitesurfing Organisation Affiliated Centre and part of the Academy of Surfing Instructors. With our instructor courses, you can obtain qualifications from each of these organisations along with the appropriate sundry qualifications such as first aid and powerboat handling.
Our courses are 2, 4 or 6 weeks in length, taking you from beginner right up to instructor and these can be started any Monday from the 5th of October 2009 up until the 8th of March 2010.

The Saturday morning SUP
9 am Saturday Mornings at the Windsurfing Shop (behind the Deli at the Bent St Boat Ramp, 700 metres up from the Kite Shop) free of charge whether you bring your own SUP or use one of ours. The format is: Grab a coffee from the Deli, load up boards onto roof racks then head off for a 2 hour SUP, usually in Shoalwater but to Secrets when suitable, beginner to advanced catered for. Phil has well and truly caught the SUP bug and has been trying out all the local spots and latest boards, practically the whole range of Naish and Fanatic boards will soon be in our demo fleet, plus we also sell Oxbow, Mistral, Takayama, Laird and Surftec. Make sure you call first to make sure we have a spare board for you.
