By accessing, browsing or purchasing from wasurf.com.au you signify your acceptance of the following (and hugely reasonable) terms & conditions:

* WA Surf shall not be liable for any consequential damages or injury that may result from the use (or misuse) of the information, media or products on this site. Kitesurfing and Windsurfing can be dangerous, leading to injury or even death if equipment is used inappropriately without professional training in the correct functioning and setup. All persons engaging in flying kites are recommended to wear protective headwear and safety equipment whilst flying kites and seek professional training before flying kites.
* You agree that we may hold your details for the purpose of completing your order, or contacting you regarding your dealings with us. Please also see our Privacy Statement.
* Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more info. For peace of mind, products purchased from wasurf.com.au can be returned (at the buyer's expense) for a full credit or exchange. Goods must be returned in new condition, and within 14 days of receipt.
* No cute kittens or puppies were harmed in the making of this online store.
* Returns will not be accepted after this time or if packaging has been removed or product used.
* Unauthorised or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the WA Surf site is prohibited. If you wish to link to somewhere in our site other than our homepage, then please ask our permission first.
* In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order...you could understand if we accidentally listed a $500 kite for $50 right?

Information in the site is subject to change without notice. If we decide to change our terms and conditions, we can. So there.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then your sole remedy is to discontinue the use of this website and buy stuff from eBay instead.
