NO refunds can be offered for:
1. Cancellations within 72 hours of lessons or courses for any reason whatsoever
2. Failure to attend on your chosen day
3. If you have to leave early for any circumstance that may arise out of participating in lesson, course or for any other circumstance
4. No refunds given for courses after you have started your course, under any circumstance
* We reserve the right to alter any itinerary due to adverse weather conditions
* YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM AT LEAST 50 MTRS
* We highly recommend personal insurance and/or travel insurance
In participating in surfing, kitesurfing or windsurfing lessons or equipment hire, sandboarding, snorkelling, camping, four wheel driving, travel and activities with WA Surf Pty Ltd:
You must:
Understand and acknowledge that surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing activities are dangerous and that waves/ocean/wind can act in sudden and unpredictable (changeable) ways which may result in serious injury
Declare that you can swim 50 metres
Declare that you do not have any medical or physical conditions that would affect your particpation in the activity (eg please advise instructor of asthma, previous broken bones, dislocated joints, diabetes, epilepsy, allergic reactions, wear contact lenses/hearing aids, any disabilities etc)
Agree not to drink alcohol or take prohibited drugs before or during lessons
Understand that agreeing to these conditions constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability of the proprietors of the school and its employees and agents to the greatest extent allowed by the law in the event of you suffering injury or death.
Authorise WA Surf Pty Lt to arrange medical or hospital treatment as necessary and agree to pay for all associated costs
Acknowledge that the tours involve both supervised lessons and unsupervised equipment hire and that during the equipment hire periods you are completely responsible for your own safety and decision to partake in this equipment hire
Acknowledge that adventure travel involves risk and there are inherent dangers associated with the events you have organised with WA Surf Pty Ltd which may result in injury or other loss to yourself
Agree to absolve and indemnify WA Surf Pty Ltd, its employees and agents from any and all liability for personal injury, loss or damage however caused arising out of your participation in the events organised through WA Surf Pty Ltd
Agree to release and forever discharge WA Surf Pty Ltd, its employees and agents from all claims, actions and demands whatsoever, now or later, which you or any person claiming on your behalf may now have, or might have had but for this release arising from your participation in the events organised with WA Surf Pty Ltd |
