REFUND POLICY

We are happy to refund with just a few easy conditions. Refund applies for new items only, i.e. not used equipment or consignment and within 21 days of dispatch from WA Surf to you. Product must be returned to us in new condition. We do not refund transport costs, including the cost of originally sending you the product even if there was no charge to yourself. If you would like to know these costs, just contact us and we will let you know. Apart from that, we will happily refund or exchange even if it is something such as a wetsuit or harness not fitting as you thought it would. 

PRIVACY POLICY

When you enter information into our site (contact us, sign-up, or purchase a product), the information is stored on our host's secure servers. We receive email notification about your order/request, but your payment (credit card) information is only transmitted via a secure method, and not by e-mail. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information, unless required by law. Our site uses cookies to enhance your experience with us - this saves you from having to enter your information on our site twice, but is not used for any other purpose. Your information is always held in a secure environment, using SSL security. When logged in, or 'checking out', you can see the small padlock icon in many browsers that indicates you are in a secure environment. You can double click this icon to see our SSL Certificate.

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from wasurf.com.au (WA Surf Pty Ltd) you signify your acceptance of the following terms & conditions: WA Surf Pty Ltd or its owners, servants or agents shall not be liable for any consequential damages or injury that may result from the use (or misuse) of the information, media or products on this site. If you are not competent in the use of the product you ordered - please obtain professional instruction - we are more than happy to provide this for you. In the case of kitesurfing gear, this step is essential - you can visit our lessons product page for more information. You agree that we may hold your details for the purpose of completing your order, or contacting you regarding your dealings with us. Please also see our Privacy Statement. Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more info. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason including if we made a pricing error on the webstore. Please understand that we are only a small company and if we accidentally put a decimal place in the wrong spot, it's just an honest mistake that does happen from time to time.
