Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, and when this is not possible, we will be in touch immediately.
What happens when you place your order?
- Our policy is to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours from our premises or our supplier, to the address you have provided. When this is not possible, for example with an 'Order In' product or a product on back order, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know.
- Our average delivery time is 3-7 days, excluding any handling time between placing the order and fulfilling your purchase.
- Free Shipping is provided on all orders over $99, excluding bulk items such as surfboards. This Free Shipping is via Australia Post or Transdirect couriers.
- Express shipping is available for all orders. You will incur the express freight charges on these orders. For more information, contact us.
- All postage costs include insurance. If your product/order goes missing, you can be assured we will replace the item at no extra charge.
