Deckplate complete with nuts, bolts and washers, has a sliding pin that takes the uni joint.

These are really nice as you can slide the uni joint out and leaves just the deckplate, which is fairly flush, so great for putting the board in a trailer or board bag with the plate still attached, we use them in our school and they save heaps of hassle not having to take off the whole uni.
